You can kiss your family good-bye and put miles between you, but at the same time you carry them with you in your heart, your mind, your stomach, because you do not just live in a world, but a world lives in you.

Kindergarten Field Trip

Today, Kelsey and Bo headed to the North Georgia Mountains for a day with the Kindergarteners at Burt's Pumpkin Farm. Bo was excited to be one of the chosen few who could go on the field trip and Kelsey was happy to have her daddy with her. While they were there, the kids took a hayride and learned about how pumpkin seeds turn in to pumpkins that we can pick in the fall. They took a tour of the farm and ended their morning picking out their own pumpkin to bring home. After the busy morning, they headed across the street to Amicalola Falls for some time on the playground and lunch. And then it was time to head home. Visit the Shutterfly share site for all the pictures. Here are a few to get you started.
PS - The little girl in the pictures with Kelsey is Annabelle...a friend from school and Kelsey's partner on the field trip.
